In-Person Menstrual Group Work

We run a variety of Menstrual education workshops here in Bristol. Aimed at connecting both mothers and fathers closer to their child, by fostering a deep understanding of menstruation and menarche.

Celebration Day for Girls

A day long workshop for Mothers (carers) and Daughters to learn about and share the "Four Keys to Menstrual Wellbeing" (as set out by the Red School).  The day follows a shared learning experience between Mothers and daughters, strengthening bonds and opening up wisdom and experiences. ​ You will; Notice how you think and feel about your period Get to know your menstrual cycle by charting signs of fertility (fertility awareness) or journaling your cycle Make friends with your menstrual cycle: including self-care and asking for support: Use what you discover about the rhythm of your cycle to serve you in these areas: a. health and wellbeing b. nourishment/sustenance – physical, emotional, soul c. relationship with self and others d. life purpose/career/money e. spirituality
