  • 12-week, 6-semester course guiding you and your child through 3 menstrual cycles.

  • Comprehensive content covering Menstrual Awareness, adolescent development, and the emotional/physical impacts of the cycle.

  • Flexible, multimedia learning: access podcast-style audio guides, written content, book recommendations, and digital tools for your child to explore privately.

  • Formatted for busy lives with practical guidance in each module to help you confidently support your child.

2. Go Interactive (recommended)
